My younger sister has positive blood. My father says he can't be my real father.

Unfortunatly he is probably right. Genetically blood type is passed down through the parents. You will always have the blood type of either your mother or your father.

I am Rh - too !! I have 2 kids one has it like I do and the other doesn't I would google "Rh- blood type" and see what comes up to give you more info on this !!

you father is wrong, two positives parents can have a negative child because although they are positive, but they still carry negative rh, the negative is recessive

They are heterozygous, so you inherited the recessive phenotype. There is a 25% chance of this happening to their children.
