I mean she is really annoying. She calls me a jerk on my website, naomi418ruler2.piczo.com and always asks to be my partner when i want to be with my best friend. She is really getting on my nerves. So how can i tell her in a nice way that i don't want to be her friend any more???

Let her know real friend's do not treat people the way she treat's you. At this point in life she will never have a friend if she keeps up the immaturity.
If she is just playing she has a f _ _ _ _ _ up way of showing it.

I think you should tell her that it's annoying that she calls you a jerk, and she should stop it.
If she wont, then after a while, tell her that you don't want to be her friend anymore, because of that. Try to tell it as nice as you can, and make it clear that it's just because she calls you a jerk. I guess you wouldn't want her to know that you think she's dumb and annoying.

Obviously you dont wanna be friends with her. You just dont know how to tell her.
Simply say that you dont have anything in common with her. And you can no longer be friends. IF she can accept that, then tell her that your mom said ya cant be friends with her. That always works! :)

well i think someone who call their friend a jerk are actually a jerk themselves....if u don't want 2 hurt her feeling...u can write a letter to her....just tell her how exactly u feel.....

I had to dropp one of my so-called friends because I couldn't express myself around him and he added unneeded stress to my social life. but try the opening line of seriousness
