Sometimes it blinks off and on.
I just noticed that it blinked once, then twice, then once. Then it quit. It' ok now. Is it trying to tell me something?

guess it means you won the staring contest.
maybe it was just to moisten the screen
seriously....
check the power cord, and cable for video signal. did you screw in the screws?
any other power fluctuations in the place? did a/c come on if residential, that pulls power some.
are there any radio transmissions nearby, Nextels mess with monitors some too.

Interference from a mobile phone?
Or maybe connection problems
Or a dodgy monitor
when did you buy it. If it is old, it may do this

giving credit to the different poster, certain, possibly your video show plug is loose. If no longer, then you fairly one way or the different revised the settings contained in the device and your decision is now no longer excellent for the video show.
