I asked a ? 2 days ago how to get a 6pac and was told to do sit ups well i've been doing alot for the past 2 days and am going to keep on doing them but so far after 2 days my stomach is getting hard and aches i've been doing 100+ each day and i have also been running in place in my room to music since it is too hot outside to run. Why is my stomach hard and ache where it is hard? Is this progress? Is this how it starts out to get 6pac or whatever?

Your overworking them. Abs are one of the few muscle groups you can work multiple times per weeks. I work them every 2 days..Monday, Wed, Friday and take the weekend off.

They need recovery time or they will never grow..just as all muscles.

PS - that last stubborn layer of fat that hides the "cuts" of the 6pack will only come off with strict diet and intense cardio (sprinting, swimming etc..)

Also..if it keeps hurting..take a week off and let it heal, you might have torn something. If you see a buldge or it starts to really hurt when your are doing nothing..you may have given yourself a hernia from over stressing the abdominal wall. Then, you need to see a doctor

Yes. Your muscles are reacting to the work.
