Would you give your kidney to a dying Republican knowing you could svae his/her life but they would continue to bash you after they recover. Of course, us republicans would do it seeing as we are a compassionate party..but would you?

I have Republican friends, sure if he/she was a good friend of mine, I'm sure they would do it for me. Of course they could send me to Hawaii as a "thank you", LOL.

It depends on who the republican in question happens to be. If it's a family member, then it doesn't matter. Even if they'll bash you.
Your question actually is pretty offensive, though, as it makes several assumptions that I find to be inaccurate.
How are Republicans more compassionate than Democrats (or Liberals, since you seem to like that word)?
Is it compassionate to be against welfare, socialized medicine and socialized education? Is it compassionate to kill innocent women and children in a war and consider them "Collateral Damage"? Is it compassionate to put laws into place that take the rights away from people because they are gay? Frankly, compassionate wouldn't describe most republicans.
And there is no way anyone is going to give up a kidney to a stranger, Republican or Democrat.

Ty for the good laugh. I play golf with Republicans all the time and they might steal a Kidney from their own Mother but I don't know any one of them who would give anything away. I can't even get them to pay for the golf, I pay.

BTW, Kerry is a real war hero unlike Bush and Cheney who are in fact both draft dodgers. Kerry has the service record to prove his service was honorable. You should read it.

I personally couldn't care less if a Republican bashes me or not. Amazingly enough, I have Republican friends I'd be happy to help if I it was shown I was a compatible donor. And, no, Republicans aren't any more or less compassionate than Democrats.
