Sounds like a possible yeast infection. Better see a doctor to make sure and get the proper treatment. If it is a yeast infection, there is stuff that you can get over the counter but a lot of women have a reaction to it. So best check with your doctor.

You are probably having a yeast infection. If it smells a bit like old bread or yeasty then you need to see a doctor for proper medication.
If it is just white creamyish and does not stink it just might be you are very fertile in your cycle. When you are most fertile you have a whitish sticky vaginal fluid which is perfectly normal. But if it is itchy you need to see a doctor for proper diagnosis

If it smells like vinegar or fish, it could be BV. That's a problem where you have an overgroth of too much good bacteria, and it will stain your panties. If it just is sticky and itches, since it's white, try a little vagisil or lubricant. (like you use for sex) It may just be the "lips" sticking together and a normal discharge. But if you had your period you're not pregnant.

Foul smell or color other than white, or itching inflamation are symptoms of infection. Since you are close to ovulation time, the discharge could indicate ovulation too, but then itching would not be present. While visiting doctor would be best advice, taking a yogurt douche would also take care of infection, if the discharge is whitish like yogurt itself, but lighter in color. Yeast infection or candida albicans is another name.

It sounds like you have a yeast infection. Try an over-the-counter medication - monistat or something similar. If this doesn't work, go to your doctor. They can prescribe something stronger such as diflucan.
