That is sexual harrassment and you can say "Stop!" Don't slap your boss though as tempting as that might be for then he can press charges against you for assault and battery-- He can't fire you for complaining on legal terms, but many companies do get away with just that- he can also make the enivronment unbearable if you complain-- You should keep documents of the alleged assaults (dates, times, even photo some of the others recieving this treatment) so you have proof and it isn't just your word against his.

Yes,I would slap him and do it very hard.He can fire you,but you can sue him for sexual harassment.And then let him think twice before he does that again... Some girls are just "easy".And they probably think they will somehow get better chances for a raise or something.Don't be like them,stick up for yourself. And don't hesitate to slap him (real hard,'cause he deserves it),when he desides to do this to you.

Do you mind that? It is considered sexual harassment. Let your boss know that you are not OK with it and file a complaint with the personnel department. If he does not stop find an attorney. Just because Clinton may have done it it does not make it legal.

I think this more of a question would you do it to keep your job??? i work with a husbnd and his wife and would never disrespect myself or my position with messing around with the boss. Its just not ethical. Its true when they say never mix business with pleasure because it is sure to backfire eventually. And if you dont want to you better report it to someone because if not he might just start running his mouth and tryto start nasty rumors about you because you spurned him and hurt his ego. So either way be careful.

He would get way more than a slap, Unless I like him, then it would be a different story if i get fired to bad! I would go back, get a video camera so I can prove it and take him to court for sexual harrasment!!!!!!!!

Before you do anything...contact an attorney...and inform him as to what's going on...so that you can take legal action against him when you do slap him and tell him to stop...and he fires you...!
That's called sexual harrassment...and you'll probably own his business after it happens...if you could set up a movie camera some place...that he won't know about...and catch him on tape doing it...then when he tries to deny it...you'll have the tape to show that you said for him to stop...and that you tried to defend yourself and stop him...!
That case would be closed the moment the jury sees the tape...!

Awfull. Even if your boss touches your legs you should hit him between-legs.
I do not know what sort of a place you work. But it is not nice someone to let do.
