depends gorl or boy.. and it also depends on how ur throwing it, is it a standing throw or a spinning throw?

if ur a girl and standing i'm guessing around 50-65, if it's spinning
60-70

if ur a boy and it's standing 60-65, if it's spinning prob. 65-80

An average middle school discus thrower can throw about 90'.
