The only proven way to directly increase the size of your bum, is exercise.
Eating will inevitably increase the size, but you will also run the risk of increasing other body parts as you would with any weight gain. You may end up with a bigger bum but a bigger stomach or even worse, arms or face!
I find lunges to be the most effective. Start with doing 3 sets of 15 lunges twice a week. When this becomes easy after a couple weeks, try lunging with light weights in your hand held on either side of you.
This is the easiest, fastest way to put more junk in your trunk. Good luck!

You have got to be kidding, right. Not everyone thinks that J-lo's but is all that. Of all the guys I've known, they like small butts. If you want a larger butt, Just gain weight it will get bigger with the rest of you, or you could do the stair climbing machine...it will build your gluts up.

After consulting with a physician try going to the gym and performing the following exercises 2 to 3 times per week.
walk incline machine or stair mater at high resistance
butt blaster machine
leg press
hamstring curl machine
squats - (this is the one that will do it for you)

Sitting will actually flatten your butt. You need to do squats and backwards leg lifts. Hold onto a chair if you need to and raise your legs back as high as you can, this uses the butt muscle (glutious minimus, under glute max and this builds a rounder butt.) Best wishes

well imporoving the size of your butt means improving the size of the muscles so i advise you to eat protiens (meat, and liver) and workout. Im sure you'll have the butt that every man would dream of.

Eat lots of grains and exercise hard espesially on the stair machines. I like big butts very much.

A regimen of rice and beans, at least twice a day. Watch soap operas for at least 3 hours a day. At night, snack on Ben and Jerry's ice cream.

Sister if the fellas love your butt no need to work on it, but one suggestion is buying jeans that have a little stretch to it. that would make you booty look a hole like firm and larger.
