What kind of relationship do you have with him? First he's cheating on his wife - that goes to show you his total lack of character. Second he's sleeping with you - besides your little trysts do you have a real relationship with him or is it basically just a sexual relationship? If it's the latter than by all intense purposes... yes... yes you're no more than a prostitute (albeit a very very expensiveone). You were paid for your services. Damn you must be great!

What I find interesting about your question is that you are more concerned about being called a prostitute rather than messing around with a married man, and what impact this could have on his marriage. You have your priorities messed up.
What you SHOULD have done is turned down the car, and left the married man to his wife.
