Do not worry. This is common. Even though you put a pillow under your butt, the semen will still leak out. The majority of what is leaking out is not so much sperm as it is the other fluid contained in semen that is ejaculated with the sperm. There is nothing you can do, it will always leak out. Depending on how much semen was in the ejaculation, it can leak out the next day. In my own experience, I also have leaking the next day. Try wearing a pantiliner if it is heavy.

Well yes. I mean some of his stuff has to get out of your system. You have to understand that some of his ejaculation isn't just sperm but other stuff too. So it's normal and relax. Don't stick a pillow under your butt. Maybe that is what causing you to not have a baby yet. But anyhow, vist a doctor with your husband and talk about it. i mean doctors help...

Yes, that is common. Sometimes I have flow a couple days after. Don't worry the strong sperms will make it to where they have to go!

if you keep your hips up while having sex and remain in bed immediately after, yes it is possible for the semen to remain inside of you until your stand up in the morning . . . when I was trying to get pregnant, immediately after sex, I would put a hand towel between my legs so if it flowed out while I was sleeping, it wouldn't get all over the place . . . good luck on having a baby

This is very common. If you think about it only like one or two semen actually attach to the egg. So the rest have to eventually leave the body. So when you stand up the gravity allows them to exit your body. Very normal. I have this too.

Yes this is very common. Usually I let most of it come out because there is plenty that won't come back out. No worries though, it's annoying but NORMAL!!
