Why v Indians behave good in foreign soil & when v come back v r not able 2 adopt the good things here?

Why , because you have unefficient laws that do not help in making a good market economy, you have a lot of burocracy, for a simple tasks that are made in USA in hours for opening a company in India you need up to 2 years , according to CNN documentary.
Week power grid infrastructure , good workers, but if you do not have power, comunication, workers, transportation in one place you are doomed,
China has seen the light , and is offering that to the foreign companies, India should follow its example.
Alse perhaps there is to much democracy for so many people, does Indian realy knows what it wonts , you are too slow in helping your poor population up, education is still a problem , specialy for a woman,
But you shell learn, and with time you will make less and less mistakes.
All good intentions of Indians that are comming back from foreign countries with money does not help if the state does not organize itself , lessens the burocracy burdens on their intentions.

I've wondered that also. I've been to India twice and I don't understand why if everybody in college studies engineering, why is the country's infracture so deplorable.

What are people doing once they get degrees? I guess going abroad. Since Indians appear to be so scholarly why is India, overall, a big dump??
