hey u sound like me....

black hair is in. makes ur skin fairer! fair skin people are lucky ...more choices of eyeshadows.

Ur main focus eyes! Not in order i guess hehe
#Concealer
When we have black hair, our panda eyes is more prominent. Thus making us look haggard & tired a little. So we need a concealer.

#Trim your eyebrows.
It makes lotsa difference u know :)

#Use canary yellow on the eyelids, and goldish brown to create depth at the end corners of your eyes. or apply it where u can feel the eye socket is. or use nude and some brown tones for more neutral look.
Advantage of being fair...u can experiment with all colours further more we have dark brown eyes....yipeee.....

#Eyeliners....apply a thin precise line on the lashline with a slight tick at the end corners of eyes.

#Eye lash curler...
Curls ur eyelash, makes a dramatic difference. Some tip, use a hair dryer to warm the eye lash curler, then use it. Last longer.

#Volume mascara
Recommended:Loreal Volume shocking mascara..in black...

p/s: line a little eye liner on the bottom eye ....add some masraca on the bottom eye lashes...be careful and have steady hands yah!

Try it......though time consuming ....ur eyes will be dramatic...!
Works for me all the time.....

Wan some change ....u can use grey, Freshlook;Colour Blends. Wow!

Curl you eyelashes and then apply a good mascara, remove the excess with a small brush meant for eyelashes. Use a black kohl eye pencil or 'kajal' to line your eyes from the inside.

You can use an eye shadow if you want, a nice pink or mint shade will look good on your fair skin and make your eyes look fresh.

Cleopatra/Cats eye eyeliner (where the eyeliner drags out to the side) in black looks great on pale skin and dark eyes. Also for a dramatic look use a black eye-pencil to line the inner lower lid.
Purples, Blacks, bright pinks, reds, and smoky gray’s look great with that combination.

Put some dark eye shadow on the edge of the eyes and green contacts. Your eyes will look bigger and the color blend green on contacts your eyes will stand out. People will usually tell you if those are your eye color because they usually look real. I'm just like you and tried it.
