NO. Without consent is RAPE. NO means NO. Just because they can't say no doesn't mean it isn't rape.
Actually Andrew makes a good/intresting point. We men need to get on the ball on that as well. See most States require penatration for it to be rape. Well a woman CAN'T Penatrate in that form. We won't get into the details of how they can short of saying the butt or mouth. So in those States it isn't RAPE but there are laws against it. Just don't know what exactly they call it.

the bible let this be a personal decision....it doesn't says nothing about it, nor it says is a sin....but the bible states that if you have relationships with your own husband is better than have someone else who is not your husband cause that would be fornication or adultury or an animal cause those things God hates....but just try to talk about it with your husband and if he is ok. with it than is ok, but if he says that he doesn't want to have sex,...asking why....and try to understand...is like when women are on their period time...mentrual period,...sometimes you don't want to have sex....so he should respect that time as well you should respect his unwanting desire to have sex with you...hope this will help a little....any questions write it to me at israelmoya20@yahoo.com....I am a Jehovah's Witness and will be glad to answer as many questions you might have. I'm just curious how do you do that? I know with my husband it would be impossible to have sex with him without his consent! But I would guess its not illegal, because you are married.

I have not heard of a man not consenting to sex at all. It don't take much to get a man aroused. Unless there is something drastically wrong with you.

Think about it if he did this to you....I'm pretty sure you would cry rape, so why would it be differnt for him.
Either way, no matter how you look at it, it's still rape!!!!

No. If he says no and wanted to press the issue, he could charge you with rape. It doesn't matter that you are married.

Sex without consent is rape no matter what the marital status is.
