Not anymore. He hasnt been for 5 years. Mourinho is the best followed by Wenger then by Fergie. If Man U dont win anything this year I think its time for a new manager, Dont you?

Absolutely! Look at what he's won at United (and at Aberdeen)
He's won it all and beaten almost everybody. There is no manager in the world - let alone the England - that can touch him in terms of what he's achieved. If Sir Alex Ferguson is not the best then show me a manager with a better C.V.

I don't know anything about the English league, but I can't imagine the chick from the Black Eyed Peas is the best manager -- she can barely sing, what could she know about soccer (football)?
