Be born in Spain?
Alternatively, you should go and study somewhere in a Spanish speaking country, like Guatemala where it's cheap, and stay with a family while you learn.
I'm going to study on Lake Atitlan for a couple of months next year, before travelling down through Central America. You can study for level or even if you already know some. It may not be the easiest way of learning Spanish, if you don't want to go out of your way, but it's certainly the most exciting way! And you'll learn so much in a relatively short amount of time, especially seeing as you're being bombarded with the language in everyday life. Plus you learn about the country, get first-hand experience of a different culture, and get a fabulous relaxing break out of it too... bliss!

I am learning at the moment and everthing I can listen to in Spanish I do. Go to a Spanish speaking group. Take lessons, CD's are also a good tool, leave them on low when you are asleep, subliminal may work.
Hasta luego,
