Try going to the bra section of a department store and ask to get measured. In my opinion, the "upper scale" department stores, like Nordstroms or something like that, do a better job when measuring. You're smart to find out your proper bra size because many of us don't really know and are wearing the wrong sized bras. Good luck.

Measure around under your breast and then measure around the largest part of you chest. 1" difference is an A, 2" is a B and so on up. The smaller # is the size and the difference is the cup.

measure around your chest (under your breasts) this number is your size (if it measures 34 inches...then you need a 34 if it is an odd number...like 33 round up 1) then measure around your breasts (make sure the measureing tape comes across your nipples)... this will be your cup size.... use this chart to help..
Difference Cup Size
0 to 1/2 inch AA
1/2 to 1 inch A
1 to 2 1/2 inches B
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 inches C
3 1/2 to 4 1/2 inches D
4 1/2 to 6 inches DD (E)
6 to 7 inches DDD (F)
7 to 8 inches G
etc., etc. etc.
if my instructions are too confusing...try this website...

Go into Victoria Secrets. They will measure you in the dressing room. I know it might feel uncomfortable to have a stranger do this but they will do it right the first time. And you don't have to buy anything there either if you don't want to.

Sizes vary by manufacturer. Don't assume a size in one brand will fit the same in another brand Bra shopping is so tedious; be prepared. You'll endure this the rest of your life!

Maybe go see a doctor and ask them to measure you. Or prob. the best and most comfortable thing to do is ask your mother. Or you can go to Victoria's Secret or something like that.

You should be measured for a good fitting bra. Talk to your Mom honey. Ask her to take you to the lingerie store to be fitted properly.

if you are too nervous to ask a clerk at a department store, just go grab a few bras at target and try them on, till you get it right,.
