I am quite fond of Tom & Jerry, and Scooby-Doo. They were the thing back when I was a child.
Although I would have to say that I also enjoy King of The Hill also.

Animaniacs- used to be on after school 8 or 10 yrs ago... Smart, funny!!
I was in high school, and it always amazed me- the jokes my younger brothers didn't get... like Perry Como's rendition of Anvil-ania's national anthem. It was so slow, it couldn't be sung on the battlefield, b/c it put the soldiers to sleep. The king called in Yacko, Wacko (the Warner brothers and Dot (the Warner sister). They re-wrote it to make it a little more upbeat... "Let the Anvils Ring!!"
I can still sing their opening-credits song!!!
It's time for Animaniacs
And we're crazy to the max,
So just sit back and relax-
You will laugh till you colapse.
We're Animaniacs!

Jem & Holograms, but I'd have to say Sailor Moon is a very close second (and first if you're watching the original uncut japanese translation version. Especially season 5 Sailor Stars)

I loved "Trapdoor" in the 80s, with Berk, Boni, Drutt and the Bugpipes. Think this was only shown in the UK on a saturday morning.
