Umm where I come from that's called rape. It's funny how when I looked it up in the dictionary it had the exact words as ur question. Rape: To have sexual encounters without Ono's consent. Do u see the resemblance with ur question? If I was ur wife...I'd have u on lock down.

In some states having sex with one's wife without consent is considered rape and thus can be prosecuted. In other states, a man still has the right to have sex with his wife whenever he wishes, with or without her consent.

It is considered marital rape. Your country may or may not recognize it as a crime, but you should. Your own morality or religion should dictate that your wife, though, perhaps in your mind is required to submit to your will, also requires your undying love and respect. Having sex with her against her will goes against the spirit of marriage. Be a good husband, and she will want to be with you.

Why would you want to have sex with anyone without their consent, marriage or no marriage? Regardless of whatever justification you come up with, it's rape.

What are you asking?? is it legal to rape your own wife... are you in the United States.. the answer is YES..... SHE CAN PROSECUTE YOU AND WIN........... I DID AND HE SPEND THREE YEARS IN PRISON.......ok so dont be stuped and start romancing your wife and get her to want to have sex with you... because other than that is called marital rape.. and yes is very illegal.. nope-- just cuz she's your wife doesn't mean she has to be in your command. Is it legal? no. Is it moral? no. My husband and I have been separated for years but I am still legally married to him. And I have no intention of EVER... well, you know the rest.

NO, it is rape. With out direct consent, it is rape. The relatioship of the woman does not matter.
