Honestly, it never crossed my mind that this would happen, but they love to come in - I've had 5 guys come in for two teeth cleanings in 30 days. Obviously, they don't need to do that.

Going to the dentist sucks! In fact, I failed to go to the dentist for almost 7 years, despite having really good dental insurance (100% preventative, 100% minor), because I hate it so much.
Having a buxom dental assistant's boobs in my face during my entire dental appointment would definitely provide a welcome distraction from the fact that somebody is poking around my mouth. So yes, in combination with how "gentle" the dentist is, this would definitely influence my choice of dentist.
I'd say it's really only partly male shallowness. It's probably just as much: "Ugh! I'm going to the f*cking dentist. But at least I get to have boobs in my face!" But rest assured, a buxom assistant still isn't going to bring me into the office more than every six months.

You do not mention if you are male or female.....but assuming you are male.....you are asking a stupid question....and you should be educated having gone to school and all....and if you haven't....then your patients should sue you......if you are a woman, get into touch with the male psyche......but when it comes right down to it, I think you knew it would boost the patients, and you knew it would be the males.....YES, we are generally that shallow....the younger...the more shallow

as a corrollary, people are NOT equal despite what they teach you. just because two people can do the same job, the prettier people still have the advantage. no job discrimination is so BS!
