This guitar could be any one of the many Strat knock-offs that were made in Europe in the sixties and seventies. The names Klira and Hagstom come to mind.

The neck appears to be a replacement. It's a strat-style neck. The body might be an old Kay. There were so many of them like that.

Not 100% sure, but it looks very much like one of those millions of "off brand" models that were sold at larger discount stores in the 70's.

My first guitar, while not identical, was very similar.
