Their not wearing the right size bra. Most women don't wear the proper size and need to get a free fitting. I had one at Victoria's secrets. They also have the best bras. Mine last me 4 to 5 years.

We don't allow it, they just stretch throughout the day because we're moving around and they sometimes fall. I stress the sometimes, because not all women let their bra straps show.

Because their boobs jiggle more without the bra strap's support. The jiggle gets attention. Usually though it looks unintentional to me--like when leaning over or running.

I can't speak for all women but personally, I don't do it on purpose...it just happens. When it does, I immediately go somewhere private to remedy the situation.

i would ask the same question. soem girls dont know that it is hanging down. but they need to tighten them cause it looks tacky.
