I attended our church services last night and the question given to us was, could we endure the trials that were given to Job. If you are not familiar with the Book of Job in the Bible, Job lost everything, including his family, but would not curse God. This subject will occupy your time, if you want to accept the challenge.

Think about all the innocent citizens in Lebanon, Israel, Iraq, etc. that are caught, maimed or killed in the political crossfire between nations that can never be satisfied with what they have and live in peace. I'm not talking about the soldiers.... I'm talking about families, like yours and mine, that have no control of their government or the circumstances they live in. We Americans need to count our blessings.

ponder this:
how wierd would it be if in reality everyone all saw different colors but as young kids we learned that the colors we saw on a tree perhaps were green and brown even though those might not be the colors you see. yet those are the colors you learned to be on a tree. so i could be looking at something and see a totally different color but know that it was supposed to be green and you could be looking at that same thing seeing an absolutrly different color but still know it was meant to be green.....wierd right?
