I want to emphasize that "any party to the conflict" in my Q covers all parties to the conflict. Why then am I getting partisan responses by either claiming moral justification by one party over the others or no claim of justification as if moral/ethical issues are irrelevant?

I can understand Israel dropping bombs and missiles on what they think are targets of importance. And I also understand there will be civilian casualties when the targets are in populated areas. Bombs and missiles aren't sniper rifles there will be collateral damage.

Ask Hizbullah what their's is. I haven't a clue. They can't hit anything smaller than Israel it seems. Either Hizbullah can't hit anything or the Israelis have excellent shelters. Else the number of Israelis killed would exceed the number of Lebanese. After all most Hizbullah rockets miss the town they are aimed at. I'm beginning to think Hizbullah's battle cry is, "Death to who ever is unlucky enough to be near one of of our rockets when they come down. Because we don't know where they are going to come down"

Moral Justification? If you dont know that already, I will never convince you anyways. Read about it yourself like we did, and decide. We have no idea what you consider moral or dont. What I consider morality you may not. I think homosexuality is immoral, and you may be a flaming fairy.

There is no moral justification.

It happens, but it is never right.
