Have many problems wioth existing dial-up service, need suggestions.

Try PC People, especially if you live in a rural area. Its under $10 a mo. Free download cd at Staples. I had same problem, couldnt even get reception for cell phone untll I went to Verizon.

Dial-up is never a good thing...Try going through your phone company like bellsouth.....thats who my service is through and dsl isnt supposed to come out awhere i live but my phone company had it.......good luck

most of the major companies have numbers in lots of places. I once traveled a lot to some out of the way places and always have had luck with earthlink

I had good service with Earthlink, they have a lot of free add on stuff before I went wireless

you might try pegasus wiband or something similar, they can go to places that don't have DSL, and you don't need a phone line to use it
