use liquid liner. it creates a sharp, crisp line. apply it to the lid of the eye and bring it out a bit past the lid ( just a bit! you don't want to look tacky!) you can also apply a dark brown or black to the bottom lid if you want .apply a neutral shade to the lid. then use a dark shade (dark brown or blue is good) in the crease and corner of your eye. in the corner, continue upward slightly with the dark shadow. this will give you a very nice "cat eye" look with making you eyes look over done. i hope the tips helped

Use a mineral eyeliner, you can get some good samples for $1 on pureluxe.com. Using a eyeliner brush, either a skinny one or an angled one (I prefer angled). Dip brush in water & then in your mineral liner it makes it easer to do the cat eye than liquid. Liquid are too messy & are hard to fix if you mess up.

Just use a dark crease color, something dark purple or grey, but not necessarily black. Just sahde in all the way to where you want it, and don't use liquid liner! Get an angle brush, wet it, and use the same eye shadow you used for color to line your lids. The dampness makes it darker and helps it stick.

liquid eyeliner is real good for that cause you can be percise because the brush is sooo small and thin. otherwise try and eyeliner brush with a good tip.
