I go to the junior high each day to get my sister after school, and we ride home in her car. everyone is flipping out about classes, and where they're going to be, and if we will still be friends, even if we never see eachother. i hate it, is this normal to be so confident?

Girl you just going to junior high. I go to high school. Trust there is nothing to be worried about. It's good that you are so confident. Your friends should be more like you. But they are right about one point. When I went to junior high I did lose some friends and I lost even more when I went to high school but the good thing is I gained so many more!

It is normal for everyone to do that because in Elementary School they had it easy. And when you get into 5th grade, all your teachers will be saying " If you do that in Middle School...." Because in Elementary School they let you slip a little....well my teacher...A LOT!!! So they are afraid they won't be getting in the same classes as their friends and getting behind on their work and etc. and to answer your question...it is also COMPLETELY normal to be confident!!!

Everything changes during the middle school years. It's an exciting time and full of surprises and new experiences and friends. Be yourself and you'll do fine. BTW, your sister's in middle school and she's got a car?? heh
