You mean like a mad magazine version of a women's magazine?
Sure I'd probably read it and maybe buy it if it were funny enough.

Alot of adlescent mags are prequels to adult mags (like youngster fashion or youngster cosmo) So it should not be too not basic to modify up, to be person-pleasant at 18 i became lengthy gone the teen mags, Cosmo is an effective next step - better adult textile yet nevertheless with the gossip youngster mags have.

I would probably read it only in passing. Teen girls have enough issues in their lives without adding a magazine on top of it....
