LOL...I think if it's under a certain amount, like $2, then they'll just write it off. So don't pay any of these useless charges and put your change to better use...like your beer fund. ☺

you need to pay them all. the bill is the bill. If you can't pay the bill i would suggest calling the phone company and explain it and see if they let you pay part of it and promise to pay the balance next month, if they will wave finance charges.

Not informing them will lead to additional charges and credit issues.

call your phone company and tell them that you will pay whatever you can afford...you can't take off anything...you just pay what you can afford and they will add that to your next bill and if you can't pay that bill then I would be turning off the phone
