i need any foods you know that help you with a six pack.and also foods you know that you shouldnt eat and any other tips on it

There are no magic foods that you can eat to get a six pack. What you need to do is a lot of exercise both cardio and weight training with a lot of ab exercises. That last magazines that I have read about this also says that your body fat needs to be pretty low also like around 10%. Most people tend to have decent abs, they are just hidden behind a little excess body fat.

You obviously need foods low in fat, e.g. lean meat, egg whites and skimmed dairy products. Also try to avoid excessive carbohydrate and caloric intake, as thse may convert into body fat if your metabolism does not allow you to fully utilise these nutrients. I suggest that you make a food journal and record the foods that you eat every day (including the protein, carbohydrate and fat content); this way you can then make dietary adjustments based on your overall appearance and body fat measurements.

any low carb food stuffs, high proteins such as fish, chicken. don't fry your foods roast or bake your main course and steam your sides. Eat salads without high carb dressings. stay away from sodas and alcoholic drinks
