I think girls do like it if they know that guys like them. From my perspective in what I observe I think it's mixed feelings on it. I see some who love it and don't mind showing it off. The reason is basically what I mentioned about. There are others who don't care how they feel about it. And there's others who don't like them and feel afraid of guy seeing them.
Here's another thing I have observed, if your a guy with a girl let the girl know she has nice breast if you think they are! That's important because sometimes girls can feel a little bit sensitive about this issue.

lol. i hope you're gay, if not then u seem like a perv. but to answer your Q, it's just there and we have to deal with it. it's like asking people, is it good having ears, or fingers or a nose. everything has a purpose and women have breasts for nurturing their babies.

If think they're only uncomfortable if they're too big. It can give back problems and be very painful.
