i'd most like to go to egypt and least like to go to iraq

Ironically, the place that I would most like to go and the least like to go is the same place; the middle east.
The middle east has such a rich culture, an old old old history going back to Jesus, amazing art, and so forth. But due to the way of life and religious right that exists there, the perils of a foreigner going to visit is just too much; and I"m not speaking of just Americans, I mean in general - ANY foreigner going to the middle east is at peril.
It's quite sad; I've always wanted to visit Jeruselem, Isreal, all of it, but can't because that part of the region is in such turmoil - and I don't believe it will ever end :(

I would love to go to Alaska, see it! It looks fabulous on films/documentaries and i love dogs too so i'd love to watch the northern challenge!
I would also love to go to Hawai! Same thing! Looks fabulous in movies/documentaries and after Alaska ... I could do with the heat and gorgeous beaches!
Places where i would definitelynot like to go right now? Well now i'd start off with Afghanistan, then Iraq and Lebanon but then ... Not many people would like to go while things are so bad there so maybe another place without a war on? O i know! Dublin yup capital of Ireland! It is the busiest, most crowded place you can think of, the only place i know where the M50 (Huge motorway around Dublin to help out traffic) turns into a gigantic car park because it's too busy! Can take you hours to get out of it! And sadly for me ... Have to go there on Sunday and i'm not looking forward to it!

Well, since I was in the Navy, I've all ready been to (in under 4 years, now): Hawaii 6x; 3 cities in Japan (1 city 2x); Mombasa, Kenya, Africe 4x; 2 cities in Alaska; Darwin, Australia; Singapore; Hong Kong; Bali, Indonsia; Seychelles Island (off the coast of Africa); Port Angeles, Washington (State); a whole lot of places in California; United Arab Embasies; Guam 2x, and probably some other places I can't think of right now.
I would like to go back to California and Hawaii, and I would like to visit Florida and Naw'lin's (New Orleans), and I'm originally from Jamestown NY.
I wouldn't want to go to the Persian Gulf or to Bali Indonesia...you couldn't go 2 feet without these kids trying to sell you smokes, bracelets, and cheap rolex imation watches. I mean kids 14 and under, too! I wouldn't go to Irag right now....

Id love to visit Egypt to see the wonders of the past,but I wouldn't at this place in time because I feel it perhaps unsafe. I would not want to visit anywhere in the mid east right now because of the fighting and terrorism its such a sad shame because all of those countries are so rich in history and cultures . We have planned and saved for 2 years for a trip to Japan but we may have to cancel it do to tension's all over the world.

I would dearly love to be in Copenhagen in the summer, and I would totally hate being strip-searched by a bullish, over-zealous and inhuman security guard at New York airport. You Americans cab be SO ugly! No wonder visitors to the states has dropped. I don't think I shall ever return after such a traumatic experience. Being denied water for 20 hours before being freed after a crazed attempt to suspect me of being quilty of something awful is not my idea of fun.
