not in the literal sense of having your head fall off. but, you can sneeze so much that it feels like it will sometime. in the world's record book, it is noted that someone actually sneezed their for over 5 years straight without stoppingother than to eat and sleep.

I had a boyfriend once who sneezed 23 times in a row but his head never fell off, but I do know that if you sneeze too much it isn't good because your heart stops a beat everytime you sneeze, it could kill you, I heard.

Maybe it is....I guess if you sneeze hard enough you could break your neck or have severe whip lash....hhhhhmmm good question! You can accidentally do a lot of other things sneezing...fart...pee...shyt yourself!...lol
