i have a picture of a lady and i want to know if i can fine out if there are more pictures of her also to see if this picture came from someones web site ,i don't believe this picture is her

Try http://www.fakersbusted.com - if you don't see her picture uploaded, try the forums. I've found a lot of internet fakes on this site, it's really helpful

Upload the picture here. It does a search for celebrities that look like the picture. Maybe more pictures of the same person will come up! They will give you the name.

yes.you can measure out certain points of it.and input it into the program and it will search for it.king of the same thing as looking for a fingerprint.
