If you are not sitting comfortably with the correct posture then you could develop back problems. The same applies to your arms and hands, it is possible to get RSD (Repetitive Strain Disorder) or carpel tunnel syndrome.
Also if you spend too much time on the computer it is possible to get Spontaneous Nerdio-spondilitis. The symptoms are-
High Pitched voice.
Nappy side-parting hair-do.
The urge to wear Bow-Ties.
The irrational thought that Dungeons and Dragons is cool.
A butterfly and/or stamp collection.
An unhealthy fascination with Star Trek.
A tendency to go Trainspotting.
There is no known cure for this rare but tragic disease. Take care!

Well sitting at a computer is not really damaging unless you type all the time then yes. You should be sleeping and on Yahoo Answers instead then yes. Say you are not doing either one and on the computer then no. I have no health issues from the computer. I really like my computer too.

I dont think its all that bad but sitting in front of a stripper for hours is damaging to your relationship.Just use a silk screen and dont sit right up to the screen as it brings on eye strain and back problems.

Sure it could. You aren't getting the exercise that your body needs if you just sit at the computer all day.
