What ever the question...if your looking for a sound logical answer to your question...and a better understanding of your question...you always ask yourself the basic foundational questions...Who...What...Where...When...Why...and How...and find the answers to these questions...once you have the answers to these question...then you can form a logical foundation from which you can answer your own questions...or build and expand your Idealistic question from...and expand your question into a possible theory...or concept...!
I don't why this page did not instate into the answer all that I wrote to the answer-"Who" "What" "Where" "When" "Why" and "How"...these are the questions you always ask the question to form a logical foundation from which to build from...

I'll try.
Okay say you ask, Are you at work right now?
I'd answer, Is the Pope Catholic?
The answer is your own interpretation.
There's a Q. answered with a Q.
And there's the best I can do.
I tried.

A: Do you currently have any experience?
(This would guide a person to THEIR OWN answers)
