Its an informal report on the cons of human cloning. I know informal reports are short and are facts, rather than my own opinion.Buts all i really know.

An informal report probably just means that you don't have to cite references and have a bibliography, etc. I tried to find a link to an example of one, but all I came up with were assignments from colleges.
