there's guy who hurts me so much..i love him but i let him go because of what he do..tell me is it reallt easy to forgive than to forget?

Neither is easy. However, forgiving is something you have to will yourself to do. Forgetting is something you have to condition yourself to do. While you may learn to forgive, depending on how painful, you may never forget. You will have to decide if you want to continue living with that hurt and pain and if you can push it aside. If you can't, let it go and spend time doing other things while you go through the withdrawl process.

don't let him hurt you. if you let him do something bad to you once and forgive him he will keep doing the same thing over and over again. Brake up with him and mean it! Tell him (and be serious) if you do this one more time its over. If he cares about you he shouldnt do it again, if he does...HE DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOU! If he doesn't then don't waste your time with him. Guys are assholes, most of them anyways.. You will be able to forget him, easily, trust me. Just keep yourself busy, go out with your friends... enjoy! Whats the point of being in a relationship in which you are not happy? Well, good luck to you and trust me... if you show him that you wont let him hurt you anymore, if he really cares about you then he will be running after you like crazy!!!!! well as a woman like you., it's easy for us to forgive., but the worst part is that the pains is not easy to forget, it last actually., but as like everybody said, both is hard...
