I would prefer walking in the rain...
Rain in it own way is very therapeutic....The drumming of rain can take your mind to a far away place and allow you to think about things rationally and calmly...its soothing and romantic ...

I LOVE walking in the rain, especially a nice steady rain! I also love walking in the snow, but not particularly driving in it. :)

I love to walk in the rain as long as the rain feels cold on the skin. Reminds me of being in one of those old musicals "Singing in the Rain"...ah I'm just being nostalgic...
