Ok, well here in SoCal every once in a while I notice a girl or young lady wearing sweats or other pants and it has a word across the butt. I guess this means it is ok for us male perverts to look at her butt and read her ***. So I got the idea of coming out with a line of mens pants and sweats with a word across the croutch to produce a similar effect on ladies- to let ladies know it is ok to read our croutches. Do I have a million dollar idea or what?

Not a bad idea, but you have to realize that you wouldn't be able to read the words on mens' crotches nearly as well as the words on ladies' butts.
Plus, you have to consider that guys aren't as trendy like that.

Nah, your idea sucks.
To be real, I don't think your idea will sell that well. The crotch area is a whole lot smaller than the ***. So, putting words on there will be weird. It would have to be small. It would just look weird.
Besides, then you'll be having gay dudes staring at your crotch.
