That's bcz every one who cames on earth have some similarity with there families either male or female that is no question.
After the age limit the hormones changes there shape and it is decided by the nature first that is male or female or combination of both.

I THINK it is because all fetuses start off to be female and the nipple forms pretty early in development...but i am probably wrong...just be happy they do because they would look funny with out them

when we are inside the womb we all get nipples its the extra chromizome that turns womens chests into breasts
