Any guys here date single mothers??

I am just wondering what it fels like to be suckered in to pay for and support another man's kids. Thanks!!

Umm, obviously you haven't b/c you would know the answer to that. Single mothers for the most part are NOT looking for a new daddy for junior. They are looking for someone for themselves. They are usually very guarded when it comes to the kiddo, and rightfully so, but that doesn't mean they don't want to be a woman in love/lust.
You're question just shows ignorance and thats OK, we are all ignorant, just on different subjects.

A divorced man would much rather date a divorced woman with kids. The risk with many single women (never married) of the same age is that they have never committed before, and may tend to be difficult to make them happy.

Most single moms are looking for a companion, a friend, a partner. Of course you want to get along well with her kids, but in many cases there is still a good biological father out there -- whether he pays his child support or not.

Single moms also realize that the single dads also have child support to pay of their own. The bottom line is -- you find someone for LOVE -- not to be another source of funding. The combination of the incomes is just an added bonus.

I can honestly say you are a **JERK**. I am a single mom...so i am one of those ones you are talking crap about. It is not the kids fault that their dad has gone away. I think if you fall in love with someone..you take the whole deal it's a package. Shoot any man can be sperm doaner..it takes a real man to stand up and be a father. So you need to rethink all the crap you are saying.

there is some women out there like that but the majority of us single mothers can support our own kids very well thank you, we dont need to go searching for a man to take care of our kids.We do have good jobs and money, and that is why some men come to us, they want to be takin care of. it takes a very big man to be with a woman and her kids, something which you wouldnt understand.

I'm a single mom...and i am quite a catch if I may say so myself. I'm sure that I am too good for you. I am one of the most beautiful moms that you will ever see! and I'm educated! AND I'm talented. ANNND I know how to work that thang! You couldn't handle a woman like me and you couldn't get a woman like me if you made her yourself. She'd sneak out the window in the middle of the night and leave you broke, busted, and alone. Which you will be for a very long time with your attitude.

I married and dated a woman with children. They don't pay child support. I love the kids enough to realize it isn't their fault their dads suck.

keep in mind its a package deal. if you fall in love with her i would certainly hope you would care deeply for her child also. i was divorced in 1999 her kids still call me dad and keep in touch with me i haven't heard from my ex once and that suits me fine.
i also have 2 kids of my own. we all lived together as a family it was great while it lasted.
if your not ready for kids give her a break and let her move on she doesn't need to be used.
