Personally, I think that there isn't really an age limit for watching summerland.
Ok, so maybe there is something going on with Bradin's borderline nymphomaniac behaviour but otherwise it's still ok. It has elements for every age group...from the growing pains of Derrick,Nikki and Bradin to the troubles that those adults face in their over complicated lives...especially Ava

I think 13 is ok......Unless ur a really mature 11 or 12 year old.
