No, all your yahoo accounts will continue to exist.
But of course, you'll need another internet provider in order to get back on the internet and get to your yahoo accounts.

But you will need an internet connection to check your yahoo mail or go on yahoo website...

It will not cancel your Yahoo account; however, if you don't have another provider, you will not be able to access Yahoo again until you get one.
