I have some "friends of friends" and they just seem disinterested when I speak to them, shall I tell them to rack off?
My fella says it's all in my head, but you can just tell, can't you?

Who cares!? You shouldn't be so interested in what they think. If they are "friends of friends" then they're not your friends. If it's that big of a deal then maybe mention it to your friend and see what he or she says. Telling them off will just make matters worse and will may you look psycho!
We can't please everyone! Maybe they're the dull ones and you're just too interesting for them!

I tolerate only so much, then I let em have it with both barrels, so to speak, such a raised voice descriptive criticism, that usually gets there attention, and the rest falls into place from there, but on the rare occasion of total disinterest, I tell them to Rack Off! As you so wisely put it:)

First, you have to research.. ask someone you trust what you are feeling. the next step is accepting that you can not please everyone.. if you want everyone to like you then you become a person without self-identity because you will be living your life according to what other people expect of you.. learning to accept that the world does not revolve around you is a sign of maturity and if indeed you find out that they just don't feel you are interesting then move on, they are not the only people n this world....

They are not as important as you. Some people are superficial and would drool all over themselves for someone "Famous", not realizing that the coolest people in the world are the ones they see every day.
Just be the BEST person you can be FOR YOURSELF (and NOT others). Eventually, the REAL cool people will see what a great person you are!

maybe you don't consider yourself dull, but it sounds like everyone else does, i would agree with them personally. it is not their fault they don't like you and if i were them, i would tell you to "rack off", not the other way round.

I just stop talking right in the middle of my sentence and walk away or talk about something else...they all think I'm crazy but it shouldn't matter cause they were not really listening anyway

You can tell... If you don't need to talk to them then don't. But if you do then ask them questions about them... they seem like self centered girls!
