All are polymers:

PVC=PolyVinylChloride

http://www.rapra.net/products_and_services/Books/General/General/PVC_and_the_Environment.asp?&Sect=25

CPVC= Chlorinated PVC

Especially for differences look at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chlorinated_polyvinyl_chloride

UPVC=unplasticised PVC
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UPVC

Apparently CPVC seems better and cheaper than PVC but don't know about UPVC. Maybe the links will help if you read everything in detail
