We moved into a new home in Texas, and they have been totally incompetant.....can't switch because of the cable "monopoly" that exists.....They have been to our house 5 times,trying to do the same damn thing, turning on cable service....what the hell, it's just a simple thing, I have never seen a company so bad.....

Time Warner sucks, I can't stand that company. They don't even have their own cables, as they tie them on the phone lines. Get a satellite.

Yes - service for internet and television connections dropping several times aday!@ My DIL switch service because of this and poor customer service!@
