Of course it is still poisonous, duh!!!
Maybe the toxicity is lesser, and a stronger dosage will be required.
I had to eat three Cyanide pills that had expired 4 years ago to kill myself. This is me from afterlife.

Definitely yes, but it won't be quite as effective. Alot of poisons have a half-life and the areas of application will still be poisonous long after the poison itself is washed away.

it can't become healthy all a sudden.

maybe you need a bigger dose for the same effect, but its still poisonous.

it might become more concentrated with time.... which might make it more deadly... we found some old wine from the 1800's after a few sips we where all feeling tippsy

wouldnt that be redundant and stupid? if poison is expired, its still poisonous, why bother drink it?
