Hmmm. Really don't understand what you've written. What is your question?

Loving alcohol not only mistakes the reason for alcohol - it also mistakes the reason for love.

People who drink a lot many times have great pain inside that they want to treat. You cousin sister has two people inside of her - her normal self, and the self when she is drunk. Learning to love her normal self is the great mission of her life right now.

A diagnosis of HIV must be very, very painful. I cannot imagine how it feels for her. She needs to connect with people who care and treat HIV patients in your community. Can you help with that? Sometimes, there are better people than you who can get through to her and talk.

Thank you for asking your question. It shows that you are thinking about the problem. Sometimes family can help. Sometimes.

Good luck

What's happened with what?

Your sister is having tough time accepting that she's positive so that's the only way for her to deal with it. Talk to her cause being positive and being a heavy drinker will only make the virus worse. She needs to keep healthy and stop taking in the intoxicating things that can be detrimental to her health. I hope I answered your question, even though I didn't get it.

I really didn't understand your question but, maybe she drinks alcohol to medicate herself so she won't feel the pain of having to deal with HIV sober. People deal with grief in different ways. Just try talking to her and letting her know you love her and are concerned about her health. If that doesn't work, try prayer.
