Why do you have to ask such hard questions?
That is the entire key to life isn't it? Living each moment like it is your last...what would you change about yourself?
I bet for the most part you will see that a majority of answers would be to say goodbye to loved ones...
I think I would just take some time out to write a letter to everyone.
I would take some time to set up my organs to be donated. That would make a lot of peoples day!
Then I would just watch nature by the ocean. With the Sun setting, and pray for a good afterlife.
I would go to the hospital so my body would be fresh and they could take my parts:
Eyes, heart, liver, kidneys, etc...my last gift.

I will call up all my near and dear ones telling them how nice they have been to me and thank them for the valuable contribution they have made to make my life worth living. I will spend the rest of the time telling my wife and son what to do after my demise so that my absence does not affect them for a long time. The last half an hour I will spend remembering the happiest moments of my life and eating/drinking my favourite dish/drink.

I would cry. Because there is so much in life that I want to do, so much that I want to experience, so many people that I want to share my love with. I would then go to a local school, or scout camp (I am an Eagle Scout), and spend time with kids. One of my greatest pleasures in life, I get from working with children. On my last day, if I can teach one child to read, to fly a kite, to ride a bike, to tell me that I have helped them in some way, then I will die happy.

Run around the neighbourhood and hug everyone I see. Run into stores and buy everything I see that I like. Carry a boom box and play my favourite songs full-blast. Give away my pennies and run across the train tracks. Raise a pair of pants on the school flagpole and find the boy I like and hug him. Buy a lunch for a homeless person and take the train around once. Eat all the fast food I can afford. Then, when it's time for me to die, I tell my family I love them then I climb onto the roof of my house and watch the sun set.

I would wake up at 3 am ,give my husband best sex ever, Then I would take shower and take my kids out to eat and talk too them and my husband , I would enjoy the day with my family,doing things That I have put off, I would ask family to take me to a church and I would pray that God would send and angle down to help me cross over, and please forgive my sins,and please don't let death hurt. Then That night I would play games with everyone in my house ,get cam corder out tell stories to my kids, and give love messages to my husband. I would then sit down and tell my children it was time to go , I needed to go to heaven soon and God was waiting on me, and promise them I would see them again one day. Kiss my children good night and then spend the rest of the night with my husband and letting him know it will be OK for him too move on , But do not let any other woman try to make him or the kids forget me because ill come back and haunt them for life.

buy a cemetery plot, pick out my casket, write my obituary, no calling hours, I would arrange my funeral but since I don't expect any mourners I would pass on it and opt just to be planted with as little fuss as possible, bring my pet rock to the gravestone place and have it engraved, make out a quick will giving everything to my wife and cat, ask to be buried in comfortable clothing, no suit ( I think ITS O.K. gave the best answer, although I don't see how having God send down an angle would help things any.)

I would first pray very hard so that I don't go to hell just incase I did something wrong and then I'd tell my most closest friends my most deepest and darkest secrets. Then I'd run butt naked in the forest where I'd would later die. After I told everyone good bye of course.

Spend the time with my family, playing games, telling stories, and reliving memories. Then I would tell them not to worry because I was going on to a better place.
